Besides acquiring a local company, establishing an entire new organisation (‘greenfield') is another successful method of entering Central and Eastern Europe. Our added value in these projects varies from integral project management to delivering partial projects.

In case EUNITE is responsible for integral project management, we steer the project on defined parameters (time, investment etc.). The services required is rather large; from requesting grants to delivering business plans, identifying locations, legal support in establishing local entities, contracts, requesting permissions, recruiting human resources etc.

Of course it is also possible that we are merely responsible for partial projects and that our customer is managing the Greenfield personally.
